Threshold top operation.

Syntax

public TOpenCLValue ThreshTop([In] TOpenCLValue Src, double Value);
Remarks

Perform threshold operation on Src object value. The Value parameter is an upper bound for threshold operation. All values bigger than Value will be replaced with Value.
